Do you want to home process your big game or farm raised livestock? Keeping large animals cool is a  challenge. I have a walk in cooler where you could rent space to hang your harvest. I also offer assisted game processing. After your hunt we hang and cool your game and schedule a time to process. We work together on every step of cutting and processing your wild game. We offer custom grinding for burger or sausage to you specifications. We only do one animal at a time and your there, working along with us. You are guaranteed to always get all of your meat.... and all of it back every time. 

We offer custom butchering of Deer, Elk and small livestock, pigs, goats and sheep. We know you take great care of your harvest in the field and want the same care on the butcher block. We cut it just as if it were for our harvest table.
