Great sausage is simple if you have great meat, great fat and the right amount of salt. Seasoning is up to you. Bulk sausage is fun and easy to make. Bulk sausage is often thought of as breakfast sausage.  We can also show you how to stuff sausage in natural casings like bratwurst, polish style, Italian or one of our favorites, a fennel apple sausage.
