Each year I raise a few berkshire heritage pigs for harvest.  I am not only a farmer, I also am a meat cutter, processing many of the pigs I raise. The berkshire is the first choice of many chefs. These pigs have room to roam, grass to eat and plenty of shade in the Summer. High quality pork takes a bit of extra care.  If you are interested in a 1/2 or full share please let me know.
